An extract of the root of Coleus forskohlii, a plant in the mint family used in Ayurvedic tradition, standardized to 10% forskolin. Forslean is a branded form of this extract. Our capsule carries 500 mg, about 50 mg of forskolin.
Dose used in research
Studies of this extract have commonly used 250 mg twice a day at 10% forskolin.
