Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 30, 2026

This policy explains how Electric Tiger handles consumer health data: personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present or future physical or mental health status. It is written for the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law, and we apply it to every customer, wherever you live. It adds to our Privacy Policy, which covers personal information in general.

The short version

  • Our routine quiz runs in your browser. Your answers, including any about sleep, stress, energy or digestion, are not sent to us or to anyone else.
  • When you order, we and the partners who pack and ship your order see which products you bought. We use that to fulfil, ship and support your order.
  • We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
  • You can ask what we hold, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Details are below.

What we collect, and why

Routine quiz answers

The quiz asks about your goals and everyday habits, such as how you sleep, how often you feel stressed, and what you eat. Your browser scores those answers to recommend a routine. They are kept in your browser's local storage so you can pick up where you left off and see your results again. They are not sent to our servers, and our website analytics receives only the fact that a quiz was completed: no answers, goals or recommended product.

To erase them, clear this site's data in your browser settings. If we ever offer to save your answers or results with us, we will ask for your separate consent first, and this policy will be updated before that happens.

Orders and subscriptions

When you buy from us, we collect the products you order along with your contact, shipping and payment details. Some of our products are named for everyday goals, such as sleep or digestion, so an order can say something about your health. We use order information to:

  • process payment, then pack and ship your order;
  • run your subscription, including skips, pauses and cancellations;
  • answer your questions and handle returns;
  • keep the records that tax and consumer protection law require.

We do not use what you buy to infer a health condition.

Messages you send us

If you contact us by email, chat or our contact form and mention something about your health, we use it only to reply and help with your request.

Where it comes from

  • From you, when you place an order or contact us.
  • From the service providers who process your order for us, such as payment confirmation and delivery status.

We do not buy consumer health data, and we do not use location data to place a virtual boundary around any health care facility.

Who we share it with

We share order information, which may include consumer health data, only with service providers that act on our instructions and only as needed for the purposes above:

  • our e-commerce platform and website hosting provider;
  • payment processors;
  • the manufacturing and fulfilment partners who pack and ship your order;
  • our subscription management provider;
  • our customer messaging and email tools, for order updates and replies to you.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a buyer of our business, who would remain bound by this policy.

Our website analytics provider collects page views and store activity, such as product views and purchases, over time. It never receives your quiz answers.

We have no affiliates. We do not sell consumer health data.

Your rights

You can:

  • Confirm and access: ask whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, see that data, and get a list of every third party we have shared it with and how to contact them.
  • Delete: ask us to delete your consumer health data. We will also tell every service provider and third party we shared it with to delete it. If any of it is in a backup, we delete it when that backup is restored or accessed.
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you have given us to collect or share it.

Exercising these rights is free, at least twice in any 12 months, and we will not treat you differently for using them. We may still need to keep some order records to meet a legal obligation, such as tax records; if so, we will tell you what we kept and why.

How to make a request

Email meowiano@gmail.com with "Consumer health data request" in the subject line, call +1 661-308-6271, or write to Electric Tiger, 11900 Roaring River Ave, Bakersfield, CA 93311, United States. To protect your information, we will confirm your request comes from you, usually by matching the email address on your orders. We answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why within those 45 days and finish within another 45.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer within 45 days. We will reply in writing within 45 days of receiving your appeal, explaining what we decided and why. If the appeal is denied, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General or the Nevada Attorney General.

Keeping it safe

Only the people and service providers who need consumer health data to do the work above can access it. We keep order records only as long as we need them for the purposes in this policy and to meet legal record-keeping requirements.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change would let us collect or share consumer health data in a new way, we will ask for your consent first.
