Check with a doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, take prescription medication, have a medical condition, or are scheduled for surgery. The Omega 3 softgel contains fish. This pack's standalone Chromium capsule (1,000 mcg) and Trace Minerals capsule (200 mcg) are both chromium polynicotinate — they add up to 1,200 mcg of chromium a day. There's no established adult Tolerable Upper Intake Level for chromium, but that's well above the ~35 mcg a day adequate intake set for adults. Berberine and DIM are labeled for adults only.
