Vinegar made by fermenting apple juice, first to alcohol and then to acetic acid. In capsules it is dried to a powder. Our Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules contain 1,000 mg of organic apple cider vinegar powder per serving; the acetic acid content of the powder isn't stated on the panel, so we don't state it.
