A soluble fiber made of chains of fructose, stored by plants such as chicory and Jerusalem artichoke. Ours comes from Jerusalem artichoke root (Helianthus tuberosus): 200 mg per serving in Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules, and an undisclosed amount inside the Psyllium + Acai proprietary blend.
