Milk Thistle

Also called Silybum marianum, Silymarin, Milk thistle seed

A flowering plant whose seeds contain silymarin, a group of flavonolignans. Liver Support contains 50 mg of milk thistle powder per serving. It isn't a standardized extract, and 50 mg is far below the amounts used in research.
