What seaweed is it?

Irish moss (Chondrus crispus), 500 mg, and bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus), 500 mg per two-capsule serving, both whole dried organic plants. Much of the sea moss sold as gel is a different seaweed, so we name the species. The label states no extract or carrageenan content.

How much iodine is in it?
